Any ideas of what the issue could be? It must be an issue within the library itself.
]]>I thought I was through with new IDE's after 20 years in the business - but - NOOOO - here I go again - am totally frustrated - nothing I try seems to work - And of course I am wanting to use it with an ESP32 - but might have to use esp8266 for a while.
If you wanted to do a non hardware tutorial (or have i missed something) I, for one, would appreciate a step by step installing what is needed to get PlatformIO hooked up to any esp chip for now ... and making it work OTA
I know I am asking too much - but hey, nothing ventured ...
]]>I'm new to the ESPHelper library. I see how to publish to a topic, but I haven't figured out how to read from a topic. Can anyone help me/give me an example? There's probably a really simple answer to this, but I haven't been able to figure it out form the examples. I appreciate your answers in advance.
Thanks
]]>I am here to LEARN and to SHARE and to HELP.
I am into DIY 100%, but also in China BUY, I am a daily buyer on Banggood aliexpress and ebay and, and, and,
to test it, see it, and brake it. My proof for that? ( you will see soon enough )
But they also make VERY COOL THINGS like the ESP`s and all kinds of tech related stuff WE LOVE.
And they help me to make my videos and projects come to LiVe as we all want and do.
So probably i told you things you already also do and love. LOL..
so, in a nutshell, i am LIKE YOU.
Wanna say HELLO to you all.
My short story how i become what i am now TODAY,
www.wannaduino.com
Has anybody successfully done that and perhaps willing to share setup?
I already have the hardware but seems like the NodeMCU has only one analog pin.
Thanking in advance
Frits

I've often found that just launching it while arduino is open is enough to get arduino to populate the list of ESPs on the network. (note I've only used the mac version posted so double check that the link I just posted to a windows version is safe before using it)
